A week ago, the value-friendly brand Infinix unveiled their first premium line of smartphones, the Zero X. Featuring stunning displays, sleek, lightweight designs, and periscope cameras, this series is soon headed to Pakistan. Official sources have already kicked off the Infinix Zero X teaser campaign. And reliable WhatMobile sources have uncovered a detailed launch timeline.
The Zero X lineup, offered in Infinix Zero X Neo, Zero X Pro, and Zero X models, is launching in Pakistan in the first week of October. The exact launch date and price will be teased after the 2nd of October on official social media pages. Following the announcement, the phones can be pre-ordered until they hit the store shelves.
The 60x hybrid and 5x optical zoom are the big highlights of the Zero X series. The 8MP OIS-assisted periscope-telephoto lens found across the board powers these features. Through the software magic of the so-called Galileo Engine, the camera cluster can take close-up shots of the moon when in the Super Moon Mode.
Two lenses — a 108MP OIS wide camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera — round off this setup in the Pro model. The standard swaps out the 108MP sensor with a 64MP one. The Neo has a 48MP camera without OIS support. One 16MP front camera completes the array.
The chip inside the new Infinix mobiles for 2021 is the Helio G95 — the top-end 4G platform from MediaTek. It drives the 6.67” OLED displays with 120Hz refresh and 240Hz touch sampling rates. The Neo maxes out at 90Hz+120Hz. It all runs on a 4500 mAh battery with 45W certified quick charging (the Neo uses a 5000 mAh+18W combination.)
Infinix Zero X comes in Nebula Black, Starry Silver, Tuscany Brown, and Bahamas Blue finishes. You can pick from 128GB/256GB storage options with 8GB of memory. The baseline Zero X is expected to start at Rs. 34,999.
