Honor, the subsidiary of Huawei is gradually carving a hole in the smartphone market. The upcoming Honor 20 series launch is just a few days away but that didn't stop the leaks and news from following in.
The backs of the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro handsets come with a holographic and dynamic design. Produced by a process known as the Triple 3D Mesh, the process combines different layers to achieve an effect similar to as if the light is crossing the water. The result is what they have dubbed as the Dynamic Holographic design. Out of every 100 units produced using the method, only 20 comply with the company's quality standards.
The technology is also useful to clarify two other aspects of the Honor 20 Series: the dimensions of the screen and the unlocking method. Both the Honor 20 and 20 Pro will have a 6.26-inch display panel with a punch hole camera at the upper left side, and the fingerprint reader will not be located on the rear or front, but on the right side of the device.
