The Honor X50i will launch soon as a middle-league smartphone contender in China. TENAA, the regional testing and regulatory agency, gave the phone all-clear to debut. It shouldn’t take the device long now to break the cover. Ahead of it, the phone’s live shots have gone viral. Here’s an overview.
WHYLAB, the tipster, got his hands on one of the Honor X50i units and leaked its images online, giving away the full phone preview before the launch, including some specifications.
The Honor X50i flaunts a modern punch-hole display, adding a touch of elegance to its frontal appearance. When flipped over, the phone’s back extrudes-out an unusual camera bump. Instead of circular glass rings, it has unique-looking octagonal lenses.
The images showcase the phone in black and blue hues. It remains uncertain whether more color options will be available for this device. In one of the live shots, the newcomer’s specifications are given on-screen, spilling away SoC, camera, and display stats. Additionally, the phone has received high ratings on the Honor rate list, making it a popular choice among consumers.
Honor X50i plans to make a splash with its expansive 6.7-inch LCD screen, delivering a crisp Full HD+ resolution at 2388 x 1080 pixels and a buttery-smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Fueled by a 4500mAh cell and the advanced Dimensity 6020 chipset, it will accompany up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
Backing its 4500mAh cell will be a 35W fast charging kit. In photography, the phone will shine with a 108MP primary sensor doubled with a 2MP depth of field lens. It measures only 7.48mm in depth and weighs only 179 grams. While it boasts numerous impressive features, Honor X50i still relies on the old Android 12 Operating system.
