Reuters recently reported having several documents in their possession stating that China's Huawei had sold US IT assets to Iran in violation of the United States export and sanction laws.
It was precisely in 2010 that Huawei violated the restrictions imposed on Iran by delivering US-based Hewlett-Packard to Iran's largest mobile operator. According to another leaked shipping document, the requested items were also shipped to Tehran, where they got cleared later on. Panda International Information Technology, which has a long history of affiliation with Huawei, was also involved in the illicit trade.
If it is proven that the information provided by the portal is true, it may be particularly unpleasant for Huawei, since it has repeatedly been denying that it has violated the measures. The US Department of Justice raised the issue last year, including suspecting the Chinese of stealing business secrets. So far, Huawei has usually cut back on being attacked by the Americans for political reasons, documents show the opposite.

"Due to ongoing legal proceedings, it is not appropriate for Huawei to comment at this time," a Huawei spokesman told WhatMobile. "Huawei is committed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, including all export control and sanction laws and regulations of the UN, U.S., and EU."
