Their Infinix Hot 40 series served the market well, but it’s time for the Hot 50 series to take over. Infinix Hot 50 5G is one of those new coming phones. And they’ve already teased it on their official webpage. There’s a launch date, a little about features, and a design that came with the product site.
It’s to go official on September 5th, but you should know that the initial debut is in India. Hot 50 5G will eventually venture out to other markets (Pakistan included). But the wait time shall be longer. Still, we do have the phone’s specs and design to indulge for now.
Squarish lenses are the first unique thing we notice. It’s a three-lens housing in a vertical assembly. They look to have a double protrusion from the sides, but nothing to complain about. Hot 50 5G slimmed down the chassis to 7.8mm this time. So it’s already better than the old Hot 40.
Then, on the front of Infinix's new 5G Hot model, it seems nothing’s different. Punch hole cut, chunky bezels, and a flat panel, same-old-same-old. But the Wet Touch is something new. It’s a feature that saves the screen from mistouches when there’s water on it – pretty handy for when it rains.
Wet Touch goes well with the IP54 rating Infinix Hot 50 5G carries. There are at least two colors they plan to show on launch. We can’t be certain, but insiders believe a Dimensity 6300 holds the fort here. 4GB RAM helps, and there’s at least 128GB storage Hot 50 5G supports.
