We thought that Infinix had wrapped up the Note 40 series. And there will not be more than four devices. But that's not the case, it seems. They've launched a fifth device in the Philippines that fits snuggly with the rest of the group. Its full name is 'Infinix Note 40 5G.'

5G being key for this model, the Note 40 5G only has a different processor than its 4G counterpart. The rest of it is similar through and through. Dimensity 7020 is the runner inside this phone. There's 12 GB RAM and 512 GB ROM support on board. Note 40 5G comes fully loaded in that area.

Then there's the display. Flat 6.78" AMOLED 120Hz all are great specs. It scores big numbers with that big screen, like 1300 nits brightness. There's also a ~90% screen-to-bezel ratio. And yes, it's a Full HD 1080p panel. A fingerprint reader is within the display, as is the 32MP hole-punch selfie cam.

Now that we are on the topic of cameras. You should note that this Infinix 5G budget model also has a 108 MP OIS sensor helped by a 2 MP depth module. Active Halo LED is also there. It notifies the users about calls, messages, and charging. Plus, it acts as a ring flash, which is pretty cool.

MagKit, 33W wired, and 15W wireless charging are all there. That 5000 battery keeps up to snuff with all that assistance. Only Filipino buyers can pick up the Note 40 5G for now, and its price is ~USD 240 (~PKR 67,000).
