After Camon 30’s price cut today, their sibling brand Infinix has also decided to discount one of their handsets. Infinix Note 40 Pro has been selling in Pakistan for many months at Rs 80,000. This price tag is merciless. It’s a relief to hear they will slap a 5,000 PKR discount on the phone from today onward.

Note 40 Pro 4G will officially cost Rs 74,999 in Pakistan now, which is a much more suitable price for this phone. It has Infinix’s All-Round Fast Charge Tech 2.0 with Wireless 20W MagKit. Even the wireless charging puck comes inside the box, so you don’t need to buy anything separately.

Helio G99 Ultimate chip makes the Note 40 Pro UI snappy, though its performance isn’t as amazing as the Dimensity 7020 SoC from the Note 40 Pro 5G model. The variant they discounted today has an 8/256 GB memory assortment, ideal for most use cases.

That curved design of the latest Infinix Note mobile is part of the reason it looks so premium. They used an AMOLED 6.78” panel under the screen. It has all the bells and whistles: Gorilla Glass, IP54 rating, 120 Hz refresh speed with a fingerprint reader, 1500 Hz touch sampling, 1080p resolution, etc.

That screen can easily reach 1300 nits max brightness, and on this phone’s back, you see an AI-active Halo Light. The lenses on that square island use a 108 MP OIS main sensor that zooms digitally 3X without any quality loss and the selfie camera is 32 MP. Its battery may be standard 5000mAh but the charging speeds go up to 70W.
