The Pro Variant of the Infinix Note 50 Series will soon make a global debut, and among the first countries listed for its incoming launch, Pakistan is undoubtedly one of them. We hear from our insider sources that the Infinix Note 50 Pro is coming to our local market shortly. March 2025 might be when it arrives since that was the month for the Note 40 series launch as well.
The exact launch date isn’t confirmed but from the way certifications are piling up, it won’t take more than a month before it makes a global entrance. That also means the Pakistani launch is around the corner as well. But what exactly do we need to be looking out for?
Note 50 Pro hasn’t revealed any of its specs formally. But we hit a lucky break as we found some of its specifics in certifications. This handset recently passed tests from the SDPPI authority in Indonesia and the FCC regulator in the USA and made it to GSMA’s global IMEI directory.
SDPPI certification didn’t give away much, except for the fact that Note 50 Pro is assigned the model code X6855. But, it was enough to confirm our suspicion of the phone coming out globally in a few weeks. The phone should hit the Indonesian market first but inevitably reach Pakistan in the days to follow. Once it arrives, the Infinix price list will reveal where it stands among its competitors.
If you want more proof, that same model number also cropped up on GSMA’s IMEI database, which leads to the conclusion that the Note 50 Pro is a global product. FCC gave up another certification, which has been doing rounds in the tech media for some time now.
Thankfully, it gave us a few clues about its internal spec sheet. Note 50 Pro has NFC, keeping true to its heritage, and you can expect an upgrade from 8 GB max RAM to 12 GB, combined with the usual 256 GB storage. Note 50 Pro only showed up with 8 GB RAM.
Note 50 Pro at FCC had LTE connectivity, Dual-Band WiFi, and Bluetooth, nothing out of the ordinary, except the whopping 9mm thickness. That’s a lot of heft for an average non-rugged device. We are interested in how the successor to the Infinix Note 40 Pro justifies this number. We need to wait till some official sightings reveal the rest of its specs. Stay tuned if you want to keep up-to-date.
