Zero 40s are the latest from their long line of flagships, and as you know it, both the series’ 5G and 4G variants have started dropping in many global regions. They’ve launched the Infinix Zero 40 5G in another major Asian market, and it continues to build context for an incoming release in Pakistan.

Before making any more hot drops internationally, Infinix Zero 40 5G gets official in India right after they teased its 4G twin in Pakistan to launch on 21st September. That’s right! Even if they keep mum about the 5G variant’s launch here, we are at least getting the Zero 40 4G’s unveiling in Pakistan.

Zero 40 4G is about $100 cheaper than the 5G equivalent, but they manage to keep the disparities to a minimum, so both have an equal shot at winning our hearts. There’s an AMOLED 6.74” 3D curve panel on the front of this Infinix new 5G handset plus some flagship stuff like Always-On-Display and Gorilla Glass 5.

This panel is FHD+ 1080p 1300nits peak brightness, and the Zero 40 4G option also has a quick 120Hz refresh rate. They gave it two 50MP cameras, which is the first time in the Zero series: one is a front selfie shooter and the other is a 120-FOV ultrawide on the back side, but that’s not all.

There’s a primary 108MP OIS sensor among one of those lenses and then we see a tertiary 2MP depth mapper to round up its optics. 5G and 4G may have the same lens setups, but because the Zero 40 4G has a low-strength Helio G100, it can only do 2K 30 FPS recording, so keep note of that, and don’t get confused.

Part of their KSPs is a promise for OS updates till Android 16, and at least 3-year patch updates, so it’s somewhat futureproof. Zero 40 4G does get the same 5000 mAh cell and 45W charging as the 5G variant, but they didn’t give wireless charging to the 4G. Globally, they are asking ~$279 (~PKR 77,000) for Zero 40 4G (8/256GB), and the price in Pakistan shall be in the ballpark.
