Infinix's recently launched semi-flagship contender, the "Zero Ultra," will soon open retail Asain Markets. While the stats for the new Infinix Zero 20 sibling are really high-end amid its league, its mid-range processor prevents it from qualifying as a true flagship.
Infinix Zero Ultra's product listing on an online Indian retail store confirms that the phone is imminently landing for the first time in Asia. While its official launch itinerary is under wraps, it will launch in other countries shortly after. The listing doesn't reveal any pricing details. It only advertises the phone's enticing specifications with the title saying coming soon.
To recap the specs, Zero Ultra boasts a super-curved screen on a Galaxy Note-like form factor. Its resolution peaks at 1080p with 120Hz refresh rate support and ~90% screen-to-body. Users can expect vibrant, saturated colors, deep inky blacks, and an infinite contrast ratio with its AMOLED panel.
Among its high-end stats, users will find a 180W thunder charge, allegedly rated for a 100% recharge in under 12 minutes. Instead of a typical 5000mAh battery size, The impending addition to the Infinix price list uses a smaller 4500mAh cell for that quick refill. It bears a type-C port, and there's no 3.5mm audio port.
In addition to not so standard power plug, Zero ultra has a super rare 200MP camera with optical image stabilization. Other lenses accompanying it are; a 13MP ultrawide and a 2MP depth camera. Another 32MP camera sits inside the centered punch hole for selfies and video calls.
We are still waiting to find out if the Infinix Zero Ultra will go official in both Coslight Silver and Genesis Noir colors or only the one. At any rate, the phone will pack a Dimensity 920 engine. It's not as fast but paired with Android 12-based XOS 12, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage, it should compete with actual flagship phones.
