The Itel A60 has gone official to be the company's most affordable 4G smartphone in 2023. Itel itself touts the phone's affordability and plans to make it international. A60 will land in multiple African countries and likely a few Asian ones. Here's an intro to its specifications.

Starting with its display, the itel A60 boasts a 6.6-inch IPS panel with a classic drop notch on the head, HD+ resolution at 720 x 1,612px, and a 20:9 aspect ratio — moreover, the screen clocks at a 60Hz refresh rate and a 120Hz touch sampling rate.

On the flip side, the A60 has a squared camera module with two lenses planted inside. The alpha unit is 8MP paired with an unspecified depth mapper. In the lower right corner, under the flash, a dimpled spot lies on the camera island to feature a biometric reader. With its 5MP selfie snapper, the device features face unlocking too.

At the helm of iTel budget new model lies a Unisoc SC9832E engine clocking four low-frequency cores for processing and using the integrated Mali-G820 MP1 GPU for graphics. The newcomer sports Android-12 GO (Android's lightweight subsidiary) to compensate for its low-end hardware.

Paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM, the A60 bears memory expansion using a MicroSD card. The device has a 5000mAh booster, rechargeable via a micro USB plug. Its charging speeds remain a mystery.

The company claims 8 Hours of surfing on the web / 112 music playback / 7.5 hours of video streaming on a single charge. On Nigeira's official itel link, the A60 is up for NGN 48,350, roughly translating to ~PKR 29,000. The colors it ships in are; Blue, Green, and Black. The price of the itel A49 in Pakistan is around 30,999, considering it to be a predecessor of the new handset.
