Live Images for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite Leaked, A Budget-Pick for a Not-so-Budget Price

We’ve been hearing about ‘Lite’ variants for this year’s Samsung flagships for a while now, but we’ve finally got hands-on images for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. As multiple previous leaks have pointed out, Samsung will be making a few cutbacks to keep the price tag affordable. And the live photos, posted courtesy of TechTalkTV, seem to be in line with these leaks.

Same as its real flagship cousins, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite carries over an Infinity-O Super AMOLED display, but it is flat, not curved. It also embeds an in-display fingerprint reader – likely to be the ultrasonic kind. Speculation has it that the screen measures 6.7 inches and produces an FHD+ resolution.

As opposed to the ‘glass slab’ design on Samsung mobiles, you’re looking at a polycarbonate build, which makes sense for a ‘Lite’ Galaxy Note. The panel itself appears to be chamfered offered in Aura Black, Aura Red, and Aura Growpress hues.

Unlike the Samsung S10 lite, the rear panel sports a squircle camera bump that houses three camera modules and an LED flash, in an L-shaped arrangement. All three lenses max out at 12 megapixels, one of them, a telephoto shooter that supports up to 2X optical zoom. Inside the punch-hole is nestled a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The setup allows it to capture UHD 4K video at a 60 FPS rate.

The Note 10 Lite brings back a 3.5 mm headphone jack, microSD card support but retains the signature Note-series feature: The S Pen. To keep this offering a budget pick, Samsung is using a dated chipset from 2018 – the Exynos 9810 SoC, and pairing it with up to 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB of storage. The hardware is backed by 4,500 mAh of power with support for 25W fast charging. And it is powered by an Android-10-based One UI 2.0.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite, alongside Galaxy S10 Lite, is expected to go official next week at CES 2020 for a starting price of 124,999 PKR.
