Vivo’s V21 series currently features two models, the Vivo V21e and V21. But it’s soon being rounded off with a budget edition. The upcoming V21 SE has previously been certified by Google and benchmarked on Geekbench. Most recently, it was listed on AI Benchmark, giving us a glimpse into its system specifications.

As seen in the AI Benchmark listing, the Vivo V21 SE shares its chipset with the Vivo V21e. The phone pairs its Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chip with 8GB of multitasking memory and the new FunTouch OS, based on Android11. Geekbench reports these exact details under the model number ‘V2061.’

No official or leaked previews have surfaced so far, but the V21 SE has passed by the Google Play Console database. Its product page showcases the front of the phone. We’re looking at a circular notch bleeding into the screen; it delivers a clear 1080P resolution at a pixel density of 440 PPI.

The specs of the Vivo new model for 2021 line up perfectly with the V21e, so it won’t be a stretch to imagine V21 SE borrowing other features from that edition as well. If the V21e is any guide, the V21 SE rocks a triple-camera, highlighted by 64MP wide and 8MP ultrawide lenses.

The display would be OLED. Plus, the V21 SE could run on a 4000 mAh battery that fast-charges over 33W. Since the certifications and benchmarking are underway, the launch won’t be far off.
