Good feature phones are rare these days for people who want to cleanse or the conservative types who want to stick with their traditional handsets. But Nokia is still at it, making high-quality phones for a niche group, and their new releases, Nokia 108 (2024) and Nokia 125 (2024), are proof they are still the feature phone kings.
Both these phones have TFT screens. They say the Nokia 125 may only be a rebrand of the Nokia 110 because there’s nothing different in design or specs. And Nokia 108 (2024) is almost a one-to-one replica of the HMD 105 4G phone that came out recently, but with a different screen size.
We see identical screen sizes and types here for the Nokia 108 and Nokia 125: 2.0” TFT displays with 65k colors. Both these screens probably have a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, plenty for a two-inch feature phone.
Also, these Nokia phones have 128 GB RAM standard and about 64 MB of internal storage that you can always expand via a MicroSD card. We don’t see any rear camera on the 108 4G, but the 125 has a very prominent one with a flash.
Of course, there’s your typical Tn style keypad, huge black borders to envelope the screen, and things like FM radio, an MP3 player, or the fan Snake game pre-built into them.
Nokia 108 4G 2024 will get you a Black or Cyan color but Nokia 125 4G 2024 will give you the option between Titanium and Blue hues, all colors very well-fitting for their designs. Unfortunately, pricing or availability details haven’t come live yet.
