OPPO A11s Featured in High-quality Press Images; Colors and Design Uncovered

The year-round cycle of Oppo releases continues as the phone maker prepares to introduce a new entry-level phone, the Oppo A11s. An industry source leaked the press images featuring the A11s in two colors. No launch timeline has presented itself yet, but the phone seems to be a clone of the Oppo A53

The renowned phone leaker Evan Blass (also known as @evleaks) tweeted the Oppo A11s product images. The phone embodies the design language of every budget smartphone from 2019. We’re looking at a fat chin, off-center hole punch, capacitive fingerprint scanner mounted on the back, and a raised camera island.

Oppo A11s has a shell crafted from plastic, sporting a subtle light-burst finish available in ivory and grey. Three lenses and an LED flash are housed inside the camera island. The power key and the volume rockers can be located on the opposite sides of the frame.

Mr. Blass didn’t report any specifications for the new Oppo mobile phone 2021, but we can make an educated guess since the phone is a refreshed Oppo A53. For starters, the screen would be a 6.5” IPS LCD that peaks at a modest 720P resolution and a pixel density of 269 PPI. Its response times stand out, however. The display refreshes at 90Hz and samples for touches at 120Hz.

The camera cluster is a standard affair for a modern entry-level Android — a 13MP wide lens, two 2MP sensors to round it off, and a 16MP selfie camera. In all likelihood, Oppo will revisit the internal specs. But if it doesn’t, the Oppo A11s has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 at its heart, powered by a 5000 mAh battery. You get 4GB of memory and 64GB of expandable internal storage.
