The rumored Oppo A52 was leaked through a TENNA listing last month, following which, it also appeared on the Google Play Console database. In a new development, the Oppo A52 bearing model number PDAM10 has been spotted on the China Telecom product library. The product listing details the replete specification sheet, launch schedule, and pricing for the device.
The renders that accompany the listing reveal a standard punch-hole design and a quad-camera arranged in an L-shaped fashion. The front panel is flat, with its modern-looking minimal bezels all around. It measures 6.5 inches and produces an FHD+ resolution.
The build weighs 192g and is 8.9mm thick, which makes for a chunky profile. A side-mounted thumbprint reader rests on its polycarbonate frame. The rear-shell is plastic as well and has a glossy finish available in Black, Star White, and Condensation Purple shades.
The selfie camera inside the punch hole has an 8MP sensor behind it. The four-lens setup on the back features a modest 12MP shooter, rounded off by an 8MP secondary camera (most likely an ultra-wide module, and a pair of 2MP sensors.
As for the internals responsible for the performance, you’re looking at a previous-gen Snapdragon 665 platform, hooked up to a 5,000 mAh battery with support 18W fast charging. The only variant has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. The hardware, of course, runs on the latest Android-10-based ColorOS 7.
The phone will go on sale on May 1st, starting at CNY 1,799 (~41,000 PKR). Note that Oppo has yet to announce the device or comment on its availability. With that in mind, it’s too early to speculate if or when the Oppo A52 will arrive in Pakistan.
