OPPO A58 (8/128GB) will Now Cost More in Pakistan; Rs 5000 Added to the Price Tag

Oppo is caught in the net as well. Those soaring smartphone prices in Pakistan are now affecting Oppo A58. It was sitting snugly at Rs 44,000 for very long. But they’ve decided to readjust its cost. Rs 48,999 is the new official sticker price for it. Up by Rs 5,000, let’s see if it still deserves your consideration.

Oppo A58 is a phone with IPS display tech, and you have a 180Hz touch sampling rate here. But its refresh rate is standard 60Hz. At least it has a resolution of FHD 1080p. The view is almost on point under the sun due to its 680nit panel. And it saves real estate using a punch hole instead of a notch.

Those cameras may appear rich due to their design, but there’s hardly anything premium to them. 50 MP resolution for the first camera, and the assigning unit is 2 MP for depth. A58’s weak processor could only manage 1080p 30fps video recording.

There’s another lens at the front doing 8 MP selfies. Helio G85 is what they used for this phone. Not the best SoC at the price, but it will get the job done. 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is all you get with the Oppo budget new mobile. But there is an option to expand storage by SD card if need be.

We have a 5000mAh power source here. 33W charging speed means less time plugged into a wall. And features like face-unlock and side fingerprint reader do the trick for privacy-conscious users. Out of the package, you only have Android 13 here. But you can upgrade it to Android 14 as soon as you get into it.
