Multiple certifications and database listings have brought an Oppo A series device into light, hinting at its imminent launch, cameras, and battery size. Dubbed the Oppo A60, the device, identified by the model number CPH2631, has secured approvals from various certification platforms, including Thailand’s NBTC, Indonesia’s SDPPI plus TKDN, and the UAE’s TDRA.

Additionally, it has made a cameo in the databases of TUV Rheinland and Camera FV-5. The certifications from Thailand, Indonesia, and the UAE merely confirm the name and model number of the Oppo A60.

However, the TUV certification hints at one of its highlight features — a 5,000mAh battery equipped with 45W fast charging support, promising quick and convenient recharging. Further insights from the Camera FV-5 listing shed light on the camera setup.

The Oppo budget latest mobile will likely boast a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP front-facing camera, likely supporting Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) for smooth captures. However, other specifics regarding the device remain undisclosed. The moniker "Oppo A60" suggests that it will succeed the Oppo A59 model introduced in 2023.

The predecessor featured a 6.56-inch LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It came with a rear 13MP dual-camera system and an 8MP front camera. Also, it used Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1. Under the hood, the A59 housed the Dimensity 6020 chipset, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

Notable features included dual 5G SIM support, a microSD card slot, dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and an IP54-rated chassis. With the Oppo A60 on the horizon, anticipation grows for its official unveiling, expected to bring enhanced features compared to its forerunner A59.
