Oppo fans are in for a treat as the much-anticipated Oppo F25 makes ready for launch on March 5. The successor to the Oppo F23, which debuted last year in the same month, is expected to bring some exciting upgrades, as reported via a leak by tipster Abhishek Yadav.
The device will initially debut in India before venturing into other parts of the world. If the leak holds, the Oppo F25 will officialize shortly with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display and FHD+ resolution, offering vivid colors, infinite contrast, and deep inky blacks.
The display will achieve up to 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint scanner for added convenience. Running on ColorOS 14 based on Android 14, the device aims for an intuitive user interface. Camera setup will be the phone’s specialty.
In photography, the Oppo F25 will likely feature a 32MP front camera, ensuring high-quality selfies. Meanwhile, the rear camera setup of the new Oppo 5G mobile may include a powerful 64MP alpha unit and two additional 2MP cameras for depth sensing and macro shots.
At its core, the Oppo F25 will draw power from the Dimensity 7050 chipset. With 8 GB of RAM and an additional 8 GB of virtual memory, users can expect efficient multitasking and smooth app navigation. The device will likely offer 128GB - 256GB storage options using UFS 3.1 technology.
Fueling the device is a 5,000mAh cell, complemented by 67W fast charging. The Oppo F25 might feature an IP65-rated chassis, boasting a slim profile with a thickness of 7.54mm and weighing in at 177 grams. While the pricing details are unofficial, considering the F23's initial price of approximately $300, the Oppo F25 will likely fall in a similar price range.
