Excitement mounts as Oppo decides to unveil its latest foldable beast, the Oppo Find N3 Flip, on August 29 in China. Following in the footsteps of the forerunner, N2 Flip, the newcomer is poised to redefine smartphone technology once again. Ahead of the official unveiling, Geekbench reveals spicy details about the N3, and here’s a brief overview.
The Geekbench listing confirms that the Find N3 Flip will draw power from the cutting-edge Dimensity 9200 chip, a successor to the Dimensity 9000 Plus chipset found in the original model. This potent chip is already a big hit among devices like Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and OPPO Find X6.
Alongside the chipset, the Find N3 Flip boasts a robust 12GB RAM, ensuring seamless multitasking and swift navigation. Reports suggest a 16GB RAM variant may also be in the pipeline, complementing the device's flagship performance.
Operating on the latest Android 13 with the enticing ColorOS 13.1, the latest Oppo Flip mobile is poised to offer an intuitive user experience. Geekbench scores provide a glimpse of the device's raw power, with the Find N3 Flip achieving 1367 points in the single-core test and an impressive 4168 points in the multi-core category.
The Find N3 Flip’s camera is another area of focus, with a redesigned round camera module stealing the spotlight. Anchored by an OIS-enabled 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera, the device also boasts an IMX581 48MP ultra-wide lens and an IMX709 32MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
While other specifications are expected to remain consistent with its predecessor, including the innovative flip design, the exact pricing for the Find N3 Flip is yet to be unveiled. Some believe the device might cost higher than last year.
