BBK’s next-best flagship duo, the OPPO Find X6 series, has been in the leak circles for quite a while now. Multiple sets of leaked renders with different designs have been confusing and didn’t lead to any promising conclusion about X6’s looks. The latest development changes everything.
Several real-life photos of the OPPO Find X6 Prototype have gone viral, verifying the end-product design. The phone seems to have the camera assortment on a large rectangular island (not on a circular disc we saw in previous renders).
OPPO Find X6’s extensive camera module did make an appearance in render leaks before, but they didn’t seem legit. The latest development corroborates all that and the chain’s plan to upgrade the optical telephoto sensor on the phone. Here’s what we’ve gathered on the series’ cameras through leaks.
Users will find the new X6 Pro model with a 50MP primary camera featuring a 1" Sony IMX989 sensor and possibly a 23mm equivalent focal length. Expectedly, the new OPPO Find mobile will bring an ultrawide 50MP module (IMX 890) and a telephoto lens (IMX776 or IMX890) with 3x optical zoom. The above-stated sensors are all ultra-premium and constitute a flagship-level camera.
Vanilla Find X6 should bring a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor and assistive features like OIS and f/1.8 aperture. Its secondary cameras will not be as good as the Pro model, though their resolutions will be the same; 50MP Ultra-wide and 50MP telephoto. Further inside X6 Pro’s shell lies a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the most potent Android silicon on the planet. The runner-up sibling, Find X6, has a year-old Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip.
The design unveiled via prototype is undoubtedly the ultimate build we’ll find in the X6 lineup. We suggest sticking to our daily posts to stay tuned for further development. Recently the stable version of ColorOS 13 is being rolled out to the A96, another relevant mid-ranger. OPPO mobile A96 price in Pakistan is around 60,000 PKR.
