Oppo lines up its latest Reno 10 series for retail in China. The collection includes three highly-anticipated devices, vanilla Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+. The newcomers reign in different price categories; however, they exude equally impressive hardware, design, and camera specifications. Let’s have a look.

Oppo Reno 10

Starting with the standard variant, we have a motherboard mounted with Snapdragon 778G chipset. It accommodates three storage configurations 8 + 128 GB, 12 + 256 GB, and 12 + 512 GB. The highest-end option brings LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Imbued with curved edges, Reno 10’s screen boasts a 6.7” AMOLED panel with FHD+ 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The punch hole hides a 32 MP selfie camera with Auto-focus and f/2.4 aperture. On the rearing end, it flexes a 64MP primary, a 32MP 2x telephoto, and an 8MP ultra-wide snapper.

Its shell has an enclosed graphite cooling system with a vapor chamber for heat dissipation. Along with cooling the SoC, it also dissipates heat generated by the battery while charging at 80W. The phone uses a 4600mAh cell to boot up. In the lovely hues of Blue, Black, and Gold, Reno 10 starts at ~$355.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro

The Pro variant bags an MTK-powered Dimensity 8200 chip — an aged flagship SoC by MediaTek. It brings an additional camera-enhancing chip called Marisilicon X NPU. Coupled with 16Gigs of RAM, it presents choices between 256Gigs or 512Gigs of internal storage.

As for its details on imaging, Reno 10 Pro boasts a 50 MP alpha shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and hardware-OIS. The telephoto is 32MP in resolution and supports 2x zoom, while the ultrawide shooter caps at 8MP. For selfies, a similar 32MP sensor resides under the punch-hole cutout.

The handset’s shell secures a curved OLED panel with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 px (1.5k) and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The size of the screen is almost the same, 6.74 inches. Vanilla and Pro share equally capacious 4600mAh cells; however, the Pro has a 100W charging kit. Its retail will start at ~$410.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+

Reno 10 Pro Plus reigns supreme in the entire lineup. It packs a still-overpowered Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship chip In-pair with MariSilicon X NPU and an overkill 16GB of memory. Its storage also ranges between 256Gigs and 512Gigs.

The PRO Plus variant comes out ahead in the realm of photography. It sports a 50MP primary camera and 8MP ultra-wide. However, setting it apart is an unconventional twist — a 3X 64MP telephoto shooter. It combined high resolution with ultra-zooming capabilities, turning it into a portrait-snapping machine.

It also differs from the rest in battery performance, as it packs a slightly enhanced 4,700mAh cell. Recharging the device is a 100W SuperVOOC 2.0 platform that juices the cell at blazing-fast rates. The device has the standard Black and Gold finishes, but the unique Purple hue makes it stand out. Reno 10 Pro Plus’ cost begins at $610.
