Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro 5G landed in China a few weeks ago, and now the duo is preparing for a launch in the global markets. Oppo hasn’t commented on the timeline for their international deployment, yet the phones have made it to an e-commerce platform in Malaysia, exposing important details.

Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro will go international together, possibly arriving in Pakistan after the Malaysian debut. TheTechOutlook reported two memory trims for each. The non-Pro model will have 8 GB RAM with either 128 GB or max 256 GB storage. Reno 13 Pro might bump the RAM to 12 GB, and pair it with 256 GB and 512 GB storage modules.

The rest of their spec sheet is about what you would expect, taking after the Chinese variants. These handsets are OLED with Gorilla Glass 7i, but there’s a size difference. Reno 13 is 6.59” (no HDR10+) and the Reno 13 Pro gets a bigger 6.83” OLED with HDR10+.

That size disparity means varying thickness and heft for the Pro and non-Pro, but they also have much in common. Both Oppo's latest Reno phones are 120Hz, 1.5k resolution with super-thin bezels. They have an IP69/IP68 rating for durability in extreme temperatures, submersion in water, and dust ingress.

Sadly, the Reno 13 is missing a telephoto camera. Each phone has an 8 MP Ultrawide and 50 MP main OIS sensor, but only the Pro version will give you a 50 MP OIS telephoto with 3.5x zoom. The selfie camera on either handset is a 50 MP (wide) 21mm shooter, another thing they have in common.

Oppo Reno 13 Pro has to sustain a bigger screen, so the battery is also bigger on this one at 5800mAh. Reno 13 has a 5600mAh cell, though both phones carry 80W power delivery. The Pro also has a 50W wireless charging coil, a perk for the bigger premium. At least, both have the same Dimensity 8350 chip, so the performance is indifferent.
