They made the series official in China last month but the global launch is yet to come. Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro are getting certified all over the globe, multiple platforms have signed them on, and the international deployment is now closer than ever. This is everything we know.
Their vanilla Oppo Reno 13 device has already cleared the tests by the NCC in Taiwan, NBTC in Thailand, and the FCC in the US, so it couldn’t be more obvious that the worldwide release is just around the corner. Of course, the certifications also came with some hints about Reno 13.
The battery size is confirmed for the international variant as well. It’s the same 5600mAh cell as the Chinese Reno 13 and the phone can do 80W fast wired charging, just the same. Oppo won’t change the design or the screen size either, and the software it has by default is Android 15 x Color OS 15.
They use the standard connectivity options for this Oppo's latest Reno phone, like Dual-band WiFi, although we know that the Chinese Reno 13 has WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. Certifications such as these rarely point out meaningful specifications, but since we are already familiar with the original Reno 13, this is what you can expect from the phone.
Reno 13 is a phone built around a 6.59” AMOLED that peaks at a 120Hz refresh speed on a 1.5k resolution and a 1200nits max brightness. They gave the phone a Dimensity 8350 engine and a 50 MP selfie camera. That camera on the rear is 50 MP main OIS and 8 MP ultrawide recording shots at 4k 60FPS.
