Oppo Reno 13 Series on its Way to Pakistan; Launch Date Revealed with Highlights

Usama Rasool

Oppo is bringing its high-end Reno 13 series to Pakistan next. The global rollout is at its climax, and the company has finally announced a launch date for the lineup’s arrival in our market. Oppo Reno 13, Reno 13 Pro, and Reno 13 F will be unveiled locally on 12th March through a Live Event, and we are quite excited about it.

It seems the focus this year is on the series’s AI potential and underwater durability (more on that in a minute). The official landing site for the Reno 13 family is now showing some highlights of each device to get the build-up going, and we are here to get you up to speed with upcoming new features. This is what you can expect from each model.

Oppo Reno 13 Pro

It’s the highest-ranking device in the family, and its specs are no secret since we’ve been following this handset through multiple launches. Let’s get the official highlights out of the way before jumping to its spec sheet. Reno 13 Pro has a build with urban avant-garde aesthetics, which is essentially a fashion-forward design for young people.

As said before, this phone has a full AI suite built-in with AI Editor in Gallery, AI Live Photo in the Camera, and a new feature called 3-second Zinda Moments we found through Oppo’s press release. Reno 13 devices even have AI LinkBoost 2.0 for better cellular connections. Also, the Reno 13 Pro is the only device in this lineup with a telephoto 3.5x camera. A 5800mAh battery is highlighted for this handset.

Reno 13 Pro has the biggest screen of all at 6.83” size. It’s an AMOLED 120Hz with 1.5k resolution and HDR10+ rating, doing 1200nits max brightness. Oppo gave it a Dimensity 8350 engine, so it’s quite the performance beast with an Android 15 running on it. It even has a 50 MP rear-side main camera, a 50 MP 3.5x telephoto, and an 8 MP Ultrawide. The selfie camera is also 50 MP.

Keep in mind that the Reno 13 Pro is built with underwater photography in mind, so it scores an IP69 rating as well. A dual Speaker setup and 80W wired charging are also given here. To top everything off, Oppo gave it a 50W wired charging. Keep an eye out for its price, because it is going to be quite expensive.

Oppo Reno 13

It’s essentially the same model as the Pro but smaller. Urban Avant-garde Aesthetics design, AI Live Photo, and AI Editor are given to the vanilla Reno 13 as well. But here’s the caveat: the battery is 5600mAh, no wireless charging and the telephoto camera is also missing on this device.

Luckily, Reno 13 has the same platform as the 13 Pro with Dimensity 8350 SoC and up to 12 GB RAM with UFS 3.1 storage. Color OS 15 x Android 15 OS is present right out of the gate. It even has AI LinkBoost 2.0 and an IP69 rating, so it’s water-tight and dustproof.

Reno 13 has a 50 MP main camera with OIS and it can do 4K60 FPS recording. There’s also an 8 MP ultrawide and 2MP tertiary sensor. Its front camera has the same specs as the Pro at 50 MP (21mm). Keep in mind that Reno 13 has WiFi 6 only, compared to 13 Pro’s WiFi 6e. Its screen size is 6.59” with AMOLED, 1.5k resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate.

Oppo Reno 13 F

It ranks the lowest. Oppo Reno 13 F boosts the battery to 5800mAh but slashes the charging speeds to 45W. The phone follows the design language of the rest of its siblings and even gives you AI LinkBoost 2.0, AI Live Photo, and AI Editor for image manipulation.

Even though it cuts the price tag down to the mid-tier segment, Reno 13 F still has an IP69 dust and waterproof rating. Its display is rather standard since there is only a 1080p resolution on its 6.67” 120Hz AMOLED with 1200nits brightness. Reno 13 F replaced the Gorilla Glass 7i with Asahi Glass AGC DT-Star2.

Next up, we have the phone’s camera. Reno 13 F saves cost with a 32 MP selfie unit, though it borrows the rest of its rear lenses from the vanilla Reno 13 — 50 MP (main) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (tertiary). The WiFi has been downgraded from 6 to Dual-band 5GHz. With a MediaTek Helio G100 chip, the Oppo Reno 13 F will be the cheapest device in the series. When the series arrives in Pakistan on March 12th, we’ll update you with the phone’s pricing and availability details. Stay tuned.
