Oppo Reno 7 series has been featured in a long string of piecemeal leaks over the past few weeks. But now that we’re only two days away from the official launch, three Reno 7 models are listed on JD.com, an online store. The product pages contain both previews and detailed specs. Note that it’s the second refresh of the Reno line to come out this year.
OPPO Reno 7 SE
Reno 7 SE is the cheapest of the three Reno 7 phones and the first SE edition in the Reno family. Oppo is sticking to the flat edge design seen in the Reno 6 series. It’s mildly inspired by the new iPhone 13. But the heavy bottom bezel around the display presents a more generic look. The panel is a hole-punched OLED screen.
The chip is the MediaTek Dimensity 920, powered by a 4300 mAh battery and 65W charging. 8GB of memory covers multitasking. And it’s offered in 128GB and 256GB storage options. Reno 7 SE (like the other two Reno 7 phones) comes in Starry Rain blue, Dawn Gold, and Starry Night colors.
Oppo Reno 7
Oppo has dropped the sparkly ‘Reno Glow’ finish for a simple but elegant matte look here. The bezel is trimmed in the Reno 7, giving it a more premium feel. At 7.59mm, the phone is slim and light.
Its engine, the Snapdragon 778G, is made by Qualcomm.
The all-new Oppo Reno 7 packs a 4500 mAh battery and 65W charging support. You get 8GB/12GB of memory and 128GB/256GB of storage.
Oppo Reno 7 Pro
The Reno 7 Pro is the top-end Reno phone this season. And because it’s on the high end, Oppo has made it razor-thin and uniform all around.
Plus, its camera system gets an extra lens.
At its heart, the Reno 7 Pro has a custom MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. It’s high-performance silicon, paired with the same battery, storage, and memory configuration as the Reno 7.
