The rollout of the latest Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G and the standard Reno6 5G is still underway, but the brand is already expanding the lineup with 4G editions. The first in line is the Oppo Reno6 4G which debuted in Indonesia this week. More markets should soon follow. In the meantime, we'll take a look at what the LTE edition of the Reno6 has to offer.

The 5G version of the Reno6 features a design inspired by the iPhone 12 series with sharp flat edges. But the OPPO Reno6 4G has a curved, chamfered shell, following the recycled Reno look. The build weighs 173g and is only 7.8mm thick. You can pick from Aurora and Stellar Black colors.

Instead of 5G MediaTek silicon, the Reno6 4G has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G at its heart. It’s backed by a 4310 mAh and 50W SuperVOOC technology (trimmed down from 65W.) Six GB of memory handles multitasking, and internal storage goes up to 128GB. ColorOS 11.1, built on Android11, powers the Reno6.

The screen of the new Oppo mobile phone 2021 is flat with an even, slim bezel all around it. We're looking at a 6.4” OLED panel with a hole punched through its corner. It delivers a full HD resolution, peaks at 750 nits of brightness, and refreshes at a responsive 90Hz. An optical fingerprint scanner is built into the display.

On the back, the camera cluster contains a 64MP wide lens, an 8MP ultrawide cam, and two 2MP sensors. A 44MP selfie camera is embedded in the hole punch on the front. Oppo Reno6 starts from IDR 5,199,000 (~ Rs. 58,000.)
