POCO is launching two new phones at their upcoming event on March 22. You can tune in on the launch event on Poco’s social media. Although the brand hasn’t explicitly named any names, the long-anticipated POCO F3 and POCO X3 Pro will be unveiled at the event. The pricing details for the X3 Pro were leaked yesterday.
Xiaomi POCO F3 is suspected to be a renamed Redmi K40 that was recently launched in China. It’s a value flagship powered by the 7nm Snapdragon 870. If the specs remain unchanged, the POCO F3 will have a 4520 mAh battery that fast charges over 33W.
The screen would be a 1080P SuperAMOLED panel that hits a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, has HDR10+ support, and 1300 nits of peak brightness. It lacks an IP rating, but Gorilla Glass 5 protects the shell.
Similarly, if the POCO F3 inherits the storage/memory configurations of the Redmi K40, its base variant would feature a 128GB/6GB setup, going all the way up to 256GB/12GB. The handset is expected to carry an affordable Xiaomi mobile price.
POCO X3 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 860 (a tweaked version of the Snapdragon 855+.) It comes in 6GB/8GB and 128GB/256GB of memory and storage. The X3 Pro also has a 120Hz full HD screen, 33W fast charging support, and a battery capacity of at least 5000 mAh.
The X3 Pro is offered in Metal Bronze, Frost Blue, and Phantom Black options. The base version starts from EUR 269 (~ Rs. 50,000), while the top-end variant costs EUR 319 (~ Rs. 59,500.)
