We’ll keep you posted as more details surface; in the meantime, here’s a quick review of what this pocket-friendly POCO has to offer.
The feature that makes the M3 Pro stand out from the non-Pro edition is its support for dual SIM 5G. The connectivity is powered by the Dimensity 700 at the phone’s heart. It’s built on a 7nm process with an octa-core CPU that maxes out at 2.2GHz.
POCO M3 Pro has a 6.5” hole-punched display. Xiaomi's new model 2021 an IPS LCD with a minimal contrast ratio, 1080P resolution, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The DynamicSwitch feature can adjust the refresh rate between 30Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, and 90Hz to save power.
A massive 5000 mAh battery backs up the M3 Pro hardware. The fast charging to go with this battery delivers 18W of power. Its build ships with NFC support, an IR Blaster, a 3.5mm audio jack certified by Hi-Res, and the latest Android11-based MIUI package.
The design certainly has a love-it-or-hate-it element to it. We’re looking at an accent cutout containing POCO’s branding running along the length of the shell. It surrounds a boxy camera plate with a 48MP main camera, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The back itself is curved and glossy, available in POCO yellow, Power Black, and Cool Blue shades.
