The Xiaomi POCO X3 GT is a performance-focused edition from the X3 line, and it’s launching in Pakistan today. The virtual event is scheduled for 6 PM, following which the POCO X3 GT will be available on the MiStore. You can catch the Livestream later on at 6 PM.
Official promos have given us some of the features for the X3 GT, but we already know that the phone is simply a rebranded Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G (Chinese edition.) To review its specs, the POCO X3 GT features the MediaTek Dimensity 1100. It’s a 5G mobile platform built on a 6nm process.
The chip is powered by a massive 5000 mAh battery. Xiaomi ships the phone with a next-gen 67W charger, advertised to deliver a full top-up in just 42 minutes. You get up to 256GB of blazing-fast UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB of multitasking memory. Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 skin runs on the POCO X3 GT.
Over the hood, we’re looking at a 6.6” IPS LCD, protected with Gorilla Glass Victus — the toughest there is. The screen delivers a full HD resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR10 content at a mid-range Xiaomi mobile price tag. The X3 GT is also IP53 certified against dust and water. A hole is punched through it, containing a 16MP selfie lens.
Flip the POCO X3 GT over to find a plastic backplate featuring a lined finish. You can pick from Gray, White, and Blue shades. The build has a side-facing thumbprint reader, NFC support, an IR chip, and stereo speakers tuned by JBL.
There’s no audio jack or storage expansion slot, however. Lastly, the camera system is made of 64MP f/1.8 wide, 8MP 120˚ FoV ultrawide, and 2MP macro cameras. The pricing details for the POCO X3 GT will come out at the launch.
