Amid the Realme 10 Series, Realme 10 4G, Realme 10 5G, Realme 10 Pro, and Realme 10 Pro+ are not unheard of at this point. But, in a vaguely-prompted announcement today, the chain went up online, flaunting Realme 10s as their latest money-saver phone. At the moment, the new 10-series member confined within China.
Late yesterday, The brand shared a poster teasing their Realme 10s handset with two finishes, Streamer Blue and Crystal Black, and the “Matrix AI Camera” slogan under the title. The image gave away the launch date and Realme 10s design. There’s a lot to discuss here, so let’s dive in.
We should get its design out of the way first. On the surface, the phone shares its traits with Realme 10 4G. The two individual silos, glare originating from the lenses, flash placement, and the slab-like form all reminisce the former Realme 10. The frame on this model also follows the current trend in Android designs.
The Realme phone price it’s launched in makes it all the more appealing, especially in terms of display. Regarding viewport-to-body levels, the Realme 10s leads with a 90.4% ratio. And that too on a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel, Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, 401 PPI pixel density, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 400 nits of brightness.
Residing on the front, Realme 10 has an 8MP camera for 77-degree wide selfies. Featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor, and an LED flash, the device runs Android 12 skinned with Realme Ul 3.0. The device backs security using a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
Realme 10s has a Dimensity 810 engine at the core, revving the clocks at 2.4GHz. A powerful CPU in its price league. It teams with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128-256 Gigs of rapid UFS 2.2 storage. In-group with 5000mAh cell, It recharges at a max 33-Watt rate. It’s set to sell at the starting price of 158$ in China, roughly translating to PKR 35,500.
