The Chinese smartphone manufacturer strikes another grand entry with the budget-friendly Realme 10T device. The phone has launched with 5G connectivity, a feature seldom found in the lower-end segments. In the specs as well, it’s bound to turn many heads. Judge yourself; here’s an in-depth overview of the phone’s hardware.

Starting with its screen, the Realme 10T rocks a wide 6.6-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and refreshing 90Hz animations. It has the brand’s profound tear-drop notch to hide a high-resolution 16MP selfie camera. Its bezels are minimal, with a slightly raised chin at the bottom.

Unlike every other budget 5G phone with an under-performing Dimensity 700 SoC, Realme 10T comes with Dimensity 810 chipset, which is a tad above ordinary and compares well with some high-end phones. It has certainly exceeded expectations, especially for that meager asking price.

The memory hub inside Realme 10T features dual RAM options to choose between 4GB + 128GB or 8GB + 256 GB. Both can expand the storage using an SD card slot. Right off the bat, the Realme 5G new model features Android 12 x Realme UI 3. Although it defaults to an older operating system, the company will soon send an OTA update to get Android 13 installed on it.

In the camera performance, the newcomer 10T boasts a triple-lens configuration headlined by an alpha 50MP sensor, immediately followed by a secondary 2MP macro and a 2MP depth mapper. Under the hood lies a 5000mAh battery rechargeable with up to 18W input. In essentials, it carries a 3.5mm audio port and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Initially launched in Thailand, the phone starts at ~203 USDs or ~57,000 PKR.
