Realme 14 5G is finally launched for the global markets. It’s a bit late, grouping up with the rest of its Pro siblings, but it was well worth the wait since it uses Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC. There’s a 5G modem inside this model, a massive battery, some AI features, and it’s released at a decent price.

This little sibling has a display almost as good as the Realme 14 Pro variants, with a smaller 6.67” size and only a 1080p resolution. It’s a flat AMOLED, which has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling. The display’s brightness isn’t too shabby at 2000 nits, considering the phone’s entry-level status.

Then, we have its brand-new Qualcomm chip. The latest Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 platform is pushing its Kryo Prime Cortex-A720 core at a max frequency of 2.3 GHz on a 4nm node. It’s efficient and runs cool under heavy loads due to its graphite HyperTherm cooling solution. According to reports, the SD 6 Gen 4 has gained almost 11% performance uplift over the 6 Gen 3.

Realme 5G latest model is being advertised with a “Titan“ 6000mAh power pack under the shell, which supposedly gives you 10.5 hours of non-stop backup while gaming. For refills, there’s a 45W wired fast charging support available on this model.

We also see the IP69 rating on Realme 14 Pro, so it will survive even if you accidentally drop it in water. Sadly, it doesn’t share the color-changing design philosophy of the Pro variants. Its Mecha Sliver finish with Yellow accents is more geared towards gamers.

Realme 14 also has a 50 MP Main OIS shooter, sitting beside a secondary lens and a Ring flash. There’s also a front selfie camera with 16 MP resolution. This setup relies heavily on AI-assisted imaging with additional features like AI Eraser, AI Clear Face, and AI Snap Mode.

This handset is also the first of its kind with a UFS 3.1 storage solution, thanks to the new chip. A 12 GB and a max 512 GB ROM is even more impressive for such a phone. Realme 14 5G is currently retailing in Thailand, starting at 13,900 TBH (~PKR 115,000) for the 12/256GB variant, and the maxed-out 12/512GB variant has a 15,999 TBH (~PKR 132,000) price tag. Its availability in other regions will be announced later, so stay tuned.
