Realme 14x will be the company’s first phone from its next-gen 14 series, and its launch date was confirmed for December 18th only a few days ago. The device is pulling out all the stops to build up the hype and recently, it even revealed the price tag. Today, another teaser also confirms Realme 14x’s battery and charging speeds.
It’s being marketed as the segment’s only 6000mAh battery enabled with 45W charging support. For the price (revealed earlier in a teaser at $175), Realme 14x seems to deliver on that claim. This teaser has reverified the launch date of 18th December.
It will refill the 6000mAh battery with a type-C 45W input, recharging it to 50% in 38 minutes and 100% in 93 minutes (almost 1.5 hours). This teaser lacks crucial details, but the company has already spilled several of Realme 14x’s key specs while advertising it.
Realme future flagship has an IP69 rating, as established by some earlier teasers with three color options shown in a video render. IP69 makes it waterproof, dustproof, and submersible to some extent and it should debut in three colors: Crystal Black, Golden Glow, and Jewel Red.
The moniker says that Realme 14x is a 5G-ready device. It might use a newer Snapdragon chip or a Dimensity SoC from MediaTek, though, it will have plenty of raw power in either case. Realme 14x has confirmed a price tag of around $175 (~PKR 48,000) for a 6/128GB base configuration.
