With the Realme 8 series already out, Realme is cutting the prices of the last-gen Realme 7 phones once again. And the first model to get its price slashed in Pakistan is the Realme 7i. The 7i already got a discount earlier in February this year; a second discount makes this value-friendly Realme a perfect bargain.
Realme 7i launched at a starting price of Rs. 39,999, but after two price cuts worth Rs. 3000, it’s now retailing for Rs. 33,999. Realme is offering you a smooth display, Qualcomm chip, and high-end memory and storage.
Realme 7i features a 6.5” hole-punched IPS screen. It has a display-to-body ratio of 90%, a 720P resolution, and a refresh rate of 90Hz — all toughened with Gorilla Glass. The shell comes with a duo-tone finish, available in Aurora Green and Polar Blue shades.
Four cameras, encased inside a boxy plate, occupy a corner off-center, right next to an instant fingerprint scanner on the new addition to the Realme price list. We’re looking at a 64MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens, a 119° 8MP ultra-wide camera, and two 2MP sensors (one B&W sensor and the other 4cm macro shooter.)
Selfies are taken with a 16MP Sony-made camera. Realme 7i’s camera app supports nightscape, portrait, and software-based image stabilization.
At its heart, the Realme 7i has the Snapdragon 662, built on an 11 nm process and clocked at 2.0GHz. A 5000 mAh battery backs up this hardware. It can be fast-charged at 18W. Plus, the phone can also reverse-charge other devices.
The build uses 8GB of memory for multitasking and 128GB for internal storage (expandable via a microSD card.) You also get an audio jack and the realmeUI, based on Android 10 — the OS can be upgraded to Android11.
