Realme 9i is launching in Pakistan later today. You can tune into the event at 7:00 PM on YouTube or Facebook. It’ll be up for pre-ordering right after. Realme is throwing in a free pair of realme Buds Classic with every registration.
The pre-order window will last until Friday, February 25. Following this, the sales and shipping begin on February 26. Here’s everything the Realme 9i has to offer.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 is at the heart of Realme 9i. It’s a modern 6nm chip that cuts down on power consumption while improving performance. You get 6GB of memory, combined with the Dynamic RAM Expansion feature, making the multitasking experience smoother. Plus, 128GB of internal storage rounds off the specs.
Realme has also bumped up the charging speed to 33W. The faster DART Charge reduces charging duration by 1/3rd. It powers the 5000 mAh battery inside the Realme 9i. The manufacturer promises 995 hours on standby, 20 hours of texting, and 50 hours of call time out of a single charge at an affordable Realme mobile price.
The display is a 6.6” IPS LCD. It can auto-adjust the refresh rate between five presets, peaking at 90Hz (down from last year’s 120Hz.) Realme 9i also delivers a 1080P resolution, almost 500 nits of brightness, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The hole punch in the screen houses a 16MP front camera.
Speaking of cameras, the Realme 9i rocks a triple-lens setup. The primary shooter has a 50MP sensor and an f/1.8 aperture. One black and white portrait camera and another 4cm macro shooter complete the camera cluster. Typically, the 50MP images are binned into 12MP shots. But you can leverage the full resolution by switching to the 50MP mode. Also, Night mode brightens your low light photos.
Expected to cost around Rs. 35,000 to 37,000 PKR, the Realme 9i will be available in Prism Blue and Prism Black colors. Realme UI x Android 11 runs out of the box.
