Realme C75x Set to Launch in Pakistan: Read this Before You Buy!

Among the global smartphone releases last month, Realme launched a new budget contender called the Realme C75x, which we hear might arrive in Pakistan in the next day or two. Its price tag is expected somewhere between 40,000 to 45,000 PKR, and that raises a few red flags about its reception among Pakistani buyers.

Our insider sources confirm that Realme C75x will soon arrive in Pakistan, and there’s anticipation of underwhelming hardware and an overinflated price tag for this newcomer. This device has a cheap, low-res display, weak front/rear cameras, and a dated chipset, which might take away from the general user experience we’ve come to expect from a modern daily driver.

Buyers must be aware of these drawbacks if they decide to purchase the new Realme C75x. For the display, Realme gave this device a 6.67” display — a decent size and perfectly acceptable for content consumption, if it weren’t for the low 720p resolution and a 500 nits of typical brightness.

The Realme latest 4G model’s readability takes a hit under the sun, and the user might struggle with viewing the display in some well-lit environments. The same display has a punch hole cutout on top with a 5 MP selfie camera only. This is also borderline unacceptable at this price point, since competitors like Infinix and Tecno offer way better selfie shooters in the same price category.

Flip over to the rear side, and the camera situation gets even worse with the same timeworn 50 MP + decorative lens combo, which produces poor images lacking in details and clarity. Not to mention the lack of photo variety due to its single usable lens.

The phone has the latest Android 15 system operating on MediaTek’s ancient Helio G81 Ultra (12nm) platform. This configuration means the user experience will take a hit, and you might face some stability issues with the phone’s Realme UI 6. Gaming and intensive multitasking are not on the table. The Realme C75x also lacks UFS storage. It comes with an ancient eMMC 5.1, so expect longer app opening durations and slow data transfers.

On top of the unimpressive hardware, Realme’s finicky marketing might confuse buyers about the handset’s actual RAM and virtually expanded memory. This device has 8 GB of physical RAM only, so disregard all the claims about 16 GB* RAM, which you might be hearing from the company at the time of launch or on the box.

Still, credit where credit’s due, the Realme C75x brings a solid 5600mAh battery and a 45W fast charging, all packed into a drop-resistant IP68/IP69 rated package. But the hardware assortment we showed here best fits a price tag under 30,000 PKR, based on the current market trends in Pakistan. Take this news as a cautionary warning before you decide to purchase the Realme C75x when it arrives in local stores.
