Realme has just introduced a new smartphone lineup, kicked off by two latest Android phones, Realme P1 and P1 Pro. These newcomers pack top-of-the-line features, including 120Hz AMOLED displays, powerful 50MP primary cameras, and 5,000mAh batteries with 45W fast charging capabilities.
While their ranks suggest otherwise, Realme P1 and P1 Pro boast almost similar specs. They both have expansive 6.7-inch AMOLED screens with FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. While the Pro model boasts a curved display, the P1 opts for a flat panel.
Both devices offer a peak brightness of 2,000 nits with a 16MP front-facing camera and an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security. Under the hood, the Realme P1 is powered by a Dimensity 7050 chipset paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256 GB.
On the other hand, the P1 Pro features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with 8GB of RAM and similar storage configurations. Both siblings mount impressive 50MP main cameras utilizing Sony's LYT600 sensor. Additionally, the Realme budget flagship mobile includes a 2MP monochrome sensor, while the P1 Pro offers an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens.
Running on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, these devices are powered by 5,000 mAh batteries with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The Realme P1 series will start its journey in India before jumping ship to other countries. However, the pricing will likely remain consistent across borders.
The Realme P1 comes in striking Phoenix Red and Peacock Green colors, with prices starting at $191 (~PKR 53,000) for the base model and going up to $227 (~PKR 63,000) for the higher-end variant. Meanwhile, the P1 Pro goes official in Phoenix Red and Parrot Blue hues, priced from $263 (~PKR 73,000) for the 8/128GB variant to $275 (~PKR 77,000) for the top-tier 8/256GB version.
