The OTA is currently doing rounds in Europe, with Serbia being the first market to update Samsung Galaxy A03 mobiles to Android 13. OneUI overhaul includes the latest security patch to cover newborn Knox security vulnerabilities.
Galaxy A03 latest update takes the firmware version to "A035FXXU2CVL4." After completing a round trip in Europe, Samsung might start rolling out OneUI 5.0 update in the Asian markets, whence users will receive a notification to initiate the process.
