Leaks continue about the future Samsung Galaxy A06, and the info’s piling up sooner than expected. Yesterday, a report from Giznext went viral with all its nitty and gritty. There was a 360 video in the leak, some renders, and specs of a black Galaxy A06. Here’s a full breakdown of what we learned.

Galaxy A06 is far flatter than the old A05. And those corners are slightly less rounded as well. It’s a suitable refinement for its design, seeing the direction Samsung’s Galaxy S series is taking. For the most noticeable change, there seems to be a Key Island design like the current A35 and A55.

For those who don’t know, this Key Island design is a protrusion to the right side where the volume rocker and the fingerprint sensor lie. Its purpose is more aesthetic than functional. But it does help with the grip. Also, you don’t have to struggle with the buttons flushed into the side rails.

Samsung’s going all in with boxy designs. So, Galaxy A06 opting for a Key Island design seems rather convenient. With the renders and a video came a list of expected features from the report. What we’re looking at is a rehash of the old hardware combo in the Samsung future's budget handset.

Two rearward cameras are coming with the A06. It’s likely 8mm thin, and there’s reportedly a 5000mAh cell inside to keep it juiced. A 15W charger gives it a backup. Plus, it’s all the same inside with 6 GB RAM and Helio G85. September or October are the safest best for Galaxy A06’s launch.
