Now that the Korean giant is revamping its Galaxy A-series, the tech mammoth is offering the previous generation of the A-lineup at discounted Samsung prices. Official sources have reported that one of the Galaxy A-series phones, the Samsung Galaxy A10s (bearing the model SM-A10S number) is getting a price slash. The price hasn’t been updated on Samsung Pakistan’s official website, but you can expect the discount to take effect soon.

As per the source, the Galaxy A10s will now be available for 19,999 PKR instead of the original Samsung price of 22,500 PKR, which makes for an attractive 2,500 PKR discount. To recall, Samsung Galaxy A10s is a budget smartphone released back in September 2019. Let’s take a look at the specs.

The Samsung A10s sports a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display -- the one with a V-style notch. As is customary with Samsung’s Infinity displays, the side bezels have been shaved right to the edges. However, the chin remains fairly heavy.
On the back, you get a twin-camera display and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, but you can also unlock your device with Face Recognition. The panel itself sports a matte-like finish (which was outdated, even for 2019).
The camera duo features a 12-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor that allows for live focus. Speaking of which, the 8-megapixel selfie camera also captures some field of depth.
Under the hood, the phone packs a modest MediaTek P22 chipset with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native storage. You can expand the storage up to 512 GB thanks to microSD card support. The Galaxy A10s also has support for dual-sim connectivity and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
A 4,000 mAh battery powers this hardware, which should easily last you a day of medium-to-heavy usage. Finally, there are three color variants you choose from, namely: Red, Black, and Blue.
