Samsung Galaxy A16 4G & 5G Price Tags Leaked by a European Retailer

Leakers have already narrowed down the possibilities of all the specs the Galaxy A16 4G and 5G might have but this is the news we have long waited for. There has not been any official announcement, it won’t be until December, but a European vendor spilled the prices of it by accident.

This A16 will not only retail in 4G but there will also be a 5G variant Galaxy A16 available in Europe and even in the lesser configs, they will at least get 128GB storage. Both seem expensive this time for some reason. It could be because European prices are usually higher than the US or Samsung may have actually hiked its MSRP.

Samsung’s Galaxy A16 4G (128GB) will probably sell at around €210 per this leak and conversion to our local currency put it around PKR 64,000. Their price tag is even more inflated for the A16 5G at about €240, or in Pakistani currency, about PKR 74,000.

These are only the prices for base-level 6GB + 128 GB A16s, and they will rise even more when you purchase an 8 GB model. But there is a silver lining here. We saw a thorough leak earlier on the topic, and it had marketing material for Samsung's latest budget phone that said 6-year OS and 6-year security updates.

That same leak tipped that Galaxy A16 4G and 5G are 6.7” sAMOLED phones and each has a 90Hz refresh rate and even 1080p resolution on that panel. A16 5G will either be in the Dimensity 6300+ version or the Exynos 1440 version, and there should be an IP54 rating on both.
