After a long wait, the Samsung Galaxy A21s and the Galaxy A11 have made their way to the Pakistani market. Samsung made the announcement on its social earlier today, and the duo is now up for sale.
Samsung Galaxy A21s
The Galaxy A21s is everything we’ve come to expect from Samsung’s current generation of A-series smartphones: the Prism crush design, featuring neatly chamfered edges, a frame with a full corner radius, a quad-camera in an L-shaped layout, and a hole punched into the display. Below you can find our first impression video of the new A21 while the video review will follow soon.
This Infinity-O screen of the Samsung Galaxy A21s stretches 6.5” from corner to corner, producing an HD+ resolution while a wide aspect ratio fills it. The stylized ‘holographic’ finish comes in Black, White, Blue, and Red hues. While the pitch-black camera island presents a nice contrast against the Aurora-like cover.
Speaking of the Galaxy A21s camera, you get a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens that creates 123° panorama shots, and a pair of 2MP macro and depth sensors tacked on to the setup.
Expect decent performance from its 5,000 mAh battery, octa-core CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, and 3GB/4GB/6GB of memory. The storage goes up to 64GB and can be expanded to 512GB with a microSD card. For biometric security, there’s a standard fingerprint reader mounted on the rear-shell. The Samsung Galaxy A21s retails for a price of 33,500 Rs. in Pakistan
Samsung Galaxy A11
If your budget doesn’t stretch to the Galaxy A21s, the Samsung Galaxy A11 should make a compelling buy. It has a beautiful hole punched display that measures 6.4” and delivers an HD+ resolution.
The Galaxy A11 aspect ratio is short by modern standards, but the Samsung bezels surrounding the display are light-weight. The edges are beveled, perfectly smooth, rounded off by a satin finish. The phone embraces the plastic material of choice and embeds a triple-camera and a rear-facing fingerprint reader on it. You can’t go wrong with the classic Black and White editions, but if you’re looking for something more exciting, pick the flashier Blue or Red.
The triple-camera on the back of Samsung A11 is your average cookie-cutter budget setup: a 13MP main camera with a wide f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP wide-camera if you want to extend your field of vision by 115°, and a 2MP depth sensor for bokeh portraits.
The internals inside feature a 4,000 mAh cell with 15W fast charging, 2GB/3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage (expandable up to 512GB). Samsung Galaxy A11 retails for a price of 25,900 rupees in Pakistan.
