Samsung’s Galaxy A lineup features higher-end "S" editions alongside the standard models. The Galaxy A21 has 3GB of memory and 32GB of storage but for the Samsung Galaxy A21s, the configuration goes up to 6GB/64GB. Save for the low-end ROM the A21s is your typical entry-level Galaxy. Both variants are already available in Pakistan, now joined by a new Galaxy A21s with 128GB storage.
Thanks to the bigger 128GB expandable storage, the new Galaxy A21s version falls somewhere between entry-level and mid-range. That said, it’s the same phone except for the souped-up storage and a higher price tag.
Multi-tasking is handled by 4GB of RAM. The Galaxy A21s has Samsung’s Exynos 850 chipset at its core — powered by a massive 5000 mAh battery that uses 15W charging over a Type-C port.
The display is IPS with the Infinity-O hole-punch cutout for the front camera. It’s an average HD+ panel with rounded corners and light bezels on both sides. The Samsung A21s 128GB comes in Black, White, Blue, and Red colors, each presenting a distinct holographic finish on a plastic back. We find a boxy camera plate on the top and a capacitive fingerprint scanner in the middle.
Four cameras are embedded inside the housing, featuring a 48MP standard camera, a true ultra-wide camera, and two extra cameras for portraits and closeups. The ultra-wide camera is 8MP and can capture a 123° field-of-view and both additional sensors are 2MP. The Samsung Galaxy A21s has Samsung’s ‘Live Focus’ on the front and back cameras but no dedicated night mode. It’s not the most feature-rich setup you’d find in a Galaxy phone, but it is versatile. The selfie camera is 13MP.
The Galaxy A21s 128GB starts from Rs. 34,000, so you’ll have to shell out Rs. 4,000 for the extra 64GB of storage.
