Samsung’s middle-league roster for 2023, AKA Galaxy A14, Galaxy A34, and Galaxy A54, remains incomplete. Amid the series, Galaxy A24 is yet to make its debut. Before the device’s official entry, it’s making headlines left and right. Reportedly, third-party case makers have started listing Galaxy A24’s protective shells on their links.
Their preemptive effort to list the Galaxy A24 cases indicates how near the launch is. Various online retailers confirm the phone’s design as they’ve uploaded images of its cover cases. The phone has three rear-facing cameras without any protruding island. Three individual capsules pop out of the shell directly.
The side rails on A24 are partially-chamfered. On the top rail, there’s a microphone hole. It has a fingerprint reader and a volume rocker on the right side. Towards the bottom, users will find another microphone cutout paired with a speaker grille and a 3.5mm audio port.
Apart from the treasured Audio plug, the phone has a Type-C port. The clear case has black accented edges, adding further to the device’s chunky bezel profile. It has an intrusive drop notch melting inside the screen.
As per the earlier reports, Galaxy A24 will feature an immersive viewing experience using an AMOLED 6.5-inch display clocked at a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The screen will bear a super crisp resolution with an addition of a 1000nits peak brightness and Vision Booster Technology to keep the colors accurate.
It will flaunt a Snapdragon 680 SoC, and its memory hub pairs 4GB RAM with up to 128GB of storage. Galaxy A24 has expandable storage, a 3.5mm audio port, and a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging. Its camera system will likely include a 13MP front, a 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
