Samsung Galaxy A26 Nears Global Launch as Support Pages Go Online

The upcoming Galaxy A26 will debut in no time, especially now that the official support pages have gone live in the UK, Ireland, and Latin America. The Korean smartphone giant has listed the Samsung Galaxy A26 on itsrespective regional websites, which is a clear hint that Samsung intends to release the handset soon.

When we report the offical Support page listing, those are usually blank, where the only details revealed are the model numbers and SIM configurations. You will find that all three regions we mentioned above are getting dual-SIM variants with the letter B affixed to their serial numbers.

We’ve been keeping track of this headset for a while now. That’s how we know that the model shown here is intended for the rest of the global markets as well. And if you want proof, that very same handset was seen on BIS, TUV Rheinland, and Bluetooth SIG certification.

The prerequisites are being handled quickly before the Galaxy A26 makes an official debut, and the support page listings are another major milestone to gauge its progress toward launch. Hopefully, the company will make it happen soon, although no official date has been set. In the meantime, Samsung mobile price details remain a key point of interest for buyers.

Usually, the Galaxy A2x devices make an appearance in December, so the new Galaxy A26 is already late by a few months. There’s a possibility that A26 will align itself with the Galaxy A36 and A56 to streamline the entire high-end A series launch, but those are only speculations at this point.

Specs-wise, the phone would’ve been a complete mystery if it wasn’t for Geekbench’s database. It officially spilled some of its internal specs long ago. We found early on that this Galaxy A26 is meant to use an Exynos 1280 chip, which, if you don’t know, was a part of Galaxy A33 back in the day.

It also said that A26 has at least 6GB RAM this time. We will see more RAM options, maybe an 8GB version, just like the Samsung Galaxy A25. It’s an Android 15 experience out of the box, as claimed by Geekbench, so you are looking at the new One UI 7.0 among its specs. Sadly, this phone’s design isn’t any better with the rumored notch on its forehead. We’ll keep you up-to-date about A26’s progress toward global launch, so keep visiting WhatMobile.com.pk.
