November 2024’s security patch is finally here for Galaxy A33 and A34. This update took longer than usual to go official but at least they kept the bounds within this month. We share info about the fixes this update brings you in this piece so you can decide whether you want to commit.
European markets see the update first, but we are sure the November 2024 patch will inevitably expand to other regions in only a matter of days. And yes, that also includes Pakistan. A33’s update is all about security fixes, but A34 also grabs some reliability patches.
It appears these phones have 38 baseline weak points in the Android OS and 13 were found in the current One UI firmware. Of course, this November patch is a solution to all these issues. The update will get you a far more reliable operating system and UI.
When the update has reached your phone, it will send you an alert. You tap on the message that sends you straight to the update page, so you can “Download and Install” the November patch. If you didn’t get an alert on your A33 or A34, you’ll need to visit Settings>> Software Update and tap Check for Updates.
Galaxy A34 and A33 users in Pakistan can follow the same direction and install this patch on their phones when the update starts pouring in. Galaxy A33 from 2022 is slowly reaching the end of its support, so this may be one of the final security patches before the big One UI 7 update.
