Recalling Samsung’s last Unpacked event, the Galaxy A35 is a freshly launched device from the brand’s affordable series and it is now receiving its first conventional update in Europe. Per the change logs, the improvements are focused on the phone’s poor 4G connection and hopefully, the update will solve the issue for most.
The 5G connectivity has been flawless so far in Europe, and it doesn’t need addressing. But Samsung is prioritizing some base improvements to the regional LTE TDD bands. The update to Galaxy A35 will most likely optimize its ability to connect to 4G networks for better operability.
With the update in tow, the Samsung budget 5G mobile, the Galaxy A35, will draw better data speeds and more stable connections to LTE networks. The changelogs also alert users in Germany about the limited LTE TDD support, since the European infrastructure rarely incorporates such bands.
That might be the reason why Samsung warns Galaxy A35 owners in Germany for a limited 4G LTE TDD connection in countries like Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic even after the update.
Samsung didn’t clearly mention the reasoning behind the limitations, but the changelogs do warn users to be aware of this restriction when using their devices in these countries. The update will reach all the European regions in a few upcoming days.
The users will receive an alert once the update is available. If not, A35 owners can manually check for update access by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install. It’s a region-focused update and might not be available in countries outside Europe.
