Samsung Galaxy A36 Levels the Playing Field with A56 in Terms of Charging Speed

By now, you must’ve heard that the Galaxy A56 is getting its wired charging support upgrade to 45W for the first time in A series history. It’s been a topic of much interest lately, ever since a certification about its 45W input went viral. And if that piqued your interest even slightly in A56, wait till you hear about Samsung Galaxy A36’s upgrade.

A TUV Rheinland certification was captured by MySmartPrice moments ago, subject ‘Galaxy A36.’ To our disbelief, this document showed Galaxy A36 with the same 45W super fast charge input as the A56. Both siblings are more alike than we thought.

The listing doesn’t target any specific variant, but all the Galaxy A36 models that are supposed to come out. You can see the listing in the rating section, saying “DC 10V, 4.5A,” which outputs 45W. Some C, F, and M series phones had that charging level before, but never the A series.

So, what more can you expect from A36? Samsung mobile price is likely to play a role in its appeal. Well, from what we’ve gathered, the A36 wants to use the same Key Island design as before and a big Super AMOLED panel at the top. A three-lens camera stack on the rear side and thicker bezels than the A56 are also underway.

Rumors put aside, one thing you can be sure of is One UI 7.0 hitting the new A36 and A56. But know that the expensive one will use a faster Exynos 1580 chip. It can handle the OS much better. Although not as good as the A56, the A36 will also do fine with its Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and 6GB base RAM. More details about these phones should come out pretty soon, so stick around for all updates.
