Samsung is conservative and doesn’t usually change what’s already working, especially for its mid-range ‘A’ series. Lucky for us, though, they are looking to change the selfie camera on Galaxy A36 for the better. Here’s what we learned from a new rumor.
Like the A56’s anticipation for a new 12 MP selfie unit, there’s now also a steady rise of speculation for the A36’s front sensor upgrade. They say a 12 MP selfie snapper is also coming with this phone at the lower rank, and it could be a huge improvement over the old 13 MP unit.
Galaxy A35 has a 13 MP front camera, but it isn’t quite as good as others in the competition. For Samsung's new 4G mobile, though, they want to use a higher-end 12 MP outsole. Sure, it’s a lower pixel count than last time, but this factor is the last thing you should worry about in modern smartphone photography.
More light intake, better color accuracy, HDR, larger lens, better aperture, etc; everything’s just as important as the pixel count. Samsung probably wants to improve selfies on its mid-rangers by taking a page out of its flagship book: produce more appealing, rather than sharper photos.
Galaxy A36 doesn’t get any upgrade in the rear camera setting. It’s going for the same old 50 MP main outsole and ultrawide + macro duo on the rear panel. There’s a chance they might upgrade some other specs like the SoC, but you should rule out the possibility of any major improvements.
